Gram Vikas is looking for VOLUNTEERS/INTERNS who can serve as sports coaches at each of its four residential schools at Kankia (Ganjam), Koinpur (Gajapati), Rudhapadar (Ganjam) and ThuamulRampur (Kalahandi) in the state of Orissa, India.

Requirements
•    Background: Degree/ Diploma/ Certification in sports coaching, nutrition, physiology, fitness training, etc.
•    Experience: 0-3 years
•    Highly passionate about sports
•    Prior experience of working with students will be beneficial
•    Good working knowledge in at least one of the following sports

     •  Cricket
     •  Volleyball
     •  Badminton
     •  Football
     •  Kho-kho
     •  Kabbadi
     •  Athletics (track & field)
     •  Archery

•    Willing to travel between project offices and schools

Job Profile: Roles & Responsibilities
•    Train school teams & athletes in a particular sporting discipline
•    Prepare coaching plans and deliver coaching sessions to enhance the technical, mental & physical abilities of athletes
•    Travel with teams to different sporting competitions

Remuneration for Volunteers
•   Gram Vikas will provide lodging free of cost
•   Gram Vikas will provide a daily food allowance of Rs. 50
•   Have to personally (and at own cost) make arrangements for travel to and from Orissa, visa (if coming from outside
    India),  etc.

•  Minimum Volunteering Duration: Two weeks

Remuneration for Interns
•    Gram Vikas will provide lodging free of cost
•    Gram Vikas will provide a daily food allowance of Rs. 50
•    Gram Vikas will provide a monthly stipend
•    Have to personally (and at own cost) make arrangements for travel to and from Orissa, visa (if coming from outside
     India), etc.

•    Minimum Internship Duration: Three months
